Step 1: Fabric Inspection
Every piece of fabric is thoroughly inspected. Stains that can be cleaned are treated with a pure water spray gun, while defective fabric that cannot be remedied is classified as substandard and excluded from production.
Step 2: Fabric Lamination with TPU
Using an environmentally friendly and advanced PUR hot-melt adhesive dual-roller laminating machine, the fabric is bonded with a TPU layer.
Step 3: Rolling and Re-inspection of Laminated Fabric
The TPU-laminated fabric is rolled and undergoes a second round of quality inspection.
Step 4: Fabric Cutting
Based on customer specifications, the fabric is cut into the required dimensions.
Step 5: Product Sewing
Advanced overlock and flat sewing machines are used to stitch the product according to the customer’s requested techniques.
Step 6: Final Inspection and Packaging
All finished products are inspected again with a metal detector. Qualified items are packaged according to customer requirements, typically using a combination of blister cards, inner support boards, polybags, and cartons.
Step 7: Product Shipment
The finished mattress protectors are prepared for delivery to customers.
